My room had stained furniture not very becoming of a Country Inn and Suites also air conditioning was not working properly.

Our stay at the Country Inn was eventful as a near hurricane blew through the area knocking out power to the hotel, and surrounding, for over 7-hours. Altnough, the situation wasn't ideal it gave the opportunity for the staff to shine. They did. Helpful, professional, kind and friendly is the only ways to describe this group. Even in emergency mode they remained calm and professional throughout. Our 5-star rating on this property is based purely on the staff.
