Excellent! Price, staff, location!

We have stayed at Casa Grande twice now. The lobby and grounds are beautiful and the complimentary breakfast is decent. Our rooms have been clean, beds were comfortable, location is a plus. The staff has always been courteous and helpful.

Staff was not very friendly when checking in. Room are dark and very outdated and worn.

Close to Pismo Beach. We also spent time at the hotel pool, which was clean, warm and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Breakfast was mediocre, the women’s sauna wasn’t working. Pool and spa was nice, rooms were clean staff was friendly. Afternoon cookies weren’t great, hard dry packaged cookies: for the price of the hotel it wasn’t a bad stay and I’d be back.

It was awesome that they emailed me that I forgot my charger. Picked it up, and was very satisfied.

Cute hotel. A little on the older side, but definitely had some charm to it. Will definitely consider staying next time we’re in pismo.

The rooms were big. Nothing great about the breakfast. Just a standard minimum items breakfast. Rooms were big but extremely outdated. No USB OR C TYPE plugs to charge your smart accessories, like phone, hearing aids, tablets etc. The hotel needs to update the rooms to be upto par with the current technology.
