The room smellled stale. The clean up staff did not redo our room even thought I asked them to. Front desk was nice.

When I arrived, the front desk clerk gave me a warm welcome. In the past 20 years, I’ve only stayed at Holiday Inn, but for the last year I have stayed at LaQuinta Inn, and I had no idea how much they take pride in hospitality service. The location was in the heart of where I needed to be at 6:00 am the next morning. Parking was close to the front door, the restaurant dining area was across the sidewalk, and the main foyer felt like home. I plan to stay at this location each time I travel to Arlington, TX.

At approximately 5am we were awakened by loud chanting and a call to prayer. Arriving for breakfast shortly after it started at 7, the selection appeared to have been there for some time as the warming trays barely held any food. The dining area only had 4-6 people at the time.

The only problem I had with the room was the bugs. There were little bugs all around the room.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Great area. Close to everything.

Well the bed was amazing. The shower was ok not that good water pressure. The interior was a bit outdated and the hall ways had no ac at all so mold would be a concern. From what I saw a very small area for breakfast. Honestly all I saw was a waffle maker and some silver tray and orange juice. Oh and a coffee maker which looked very clean. The ac did make a weird noise the last night we were there and then just got louder our last morning while packing which is weird and suspicious. The radio or alarm clock idk what it would be considered but it would randomly go off and you can hear a conversation between a man and a woman which made me think there was a camera in it because this was a whole conversation and when I mentioned I can hear someone talk on the alarm clock by the nightstand the talking would stop. Very quiet hotel not a lot of noise outside of it. I probably wouldn’t stay here again 4 out of 10.

Unfortunately, the room did not match the photos shown online. The pictures made the accommodations appear much more updated and well-maintained than what we experienced in person. The room itself felt dated, and the cleanliness was disappointing. Several areas appeared dirty and in need of better upkeep. I was expecting the room to reflect the condition and appearance shown in the listing, so the difference was disappointing.

We enjoyed the location proximity to restaurants and the baseball fields. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our AC did not keep the room cool on the third floor. The hallway had a faint smell of vomit or something else. The person in the room next to us had their tv on full volume majority of the night. The breakfast was just okay. The sausage didn’t look cooked, we had a scoop of the eggs and waffle.
