GrandStay Hotel and Conference

The night staff either didn’t know where stuff was because when we had requested towels and even though we gave 3 bath towels and 3 hand towels he gave us 3 bath, 1 floor towel and 3 wash cloths.

Room was clean and well stocked. Small pool but was clean.

Not much options for breakfast

The room we had was HUGE! We didn't know what to do with all the space. The staff that we talked to were great. I wish they would fix the little things better. The bathroom door was patched but it was a bad patch up. Just a little time on little things will make the hotel look great! The bed was comfy. It's been hotels since we've slept in a hotel room that had a good bed. The full size fridge was a great plus for our room. Also the house keepers need to move the sofas and clean under them, With the wood floors its one little and easy job. We found food, wrappers, etc under it. We moved the sofa because the layout was a little off to see the tv. Will for sure come back to the hotel!

Location was great. Unfortunately that was the only good part. Room was more like a dorm room. Very sterile and not very clean.

The first room we got, the dishwasher flooded so the floors were wet. We got a different room and it was fine. The staff were very friendly and did what they could to make us comfortable.

Some rooms were run-down.

It was spacious and comfortable That I wasn’t able to extend and that there was bookings while I wanted to extend and had to switch rooms a lot.

Hotel needs a complete renovation! Room was not nice, the two tv’s did not work and clerk did was no help. Shower was gross and the pillows were rocks. The towels were thin and not changed the second day. One positive was good parking.

This past time, I visited with other family, and we needed two rooms. I booked them separately online, and chose to pay separately upon arrival. We didn't pay enough attention at check-in, and both rooms were charged to my card. Also, the rooms were not anywhere near each other, and the clerk said there were no other available rooms to move.

The hotel room was really dirty and dirty feeling, but there was no evidence of bed bugs and it was good enough to stay the night. What pushed me over the edge to writing a review was the shower. It felt dirty (like the rest of the room). The drain didn’t work, so all the water just pooled around my feet and continued to fill the tub. I couldn’t help thinking about all the other guests germs I was standing in. To make matters worse, all the edges around the tub were slanted, so my products were falling in the gross water. It was just gross. I’ll never stay in this hotel again.

Friendly staff. Great location.

Suite was very spacious and clean.

Great experience. Walkable to places in the city. Good pool for my son with a lot of energy.

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast I went down at 8am and there was nothing left or nothing else made. Other then that it was good
