Location to Disneyland

Would definitely stay again if I got the same rates as it was a bargain.

The rooms were not clean daily and the laundry room a lot of machines were out of order and the dryer did not work. The noise fireworks from Disney was loud and you can’t even see them that made it worse. Do not go there if you have a track meet or business trip you won’t get to go to sleep until about 12:00 AM. If you are going for Disney you can try and deal with it. The did serve breakfast.

The beds. The pool was a little cold but overall everything was great

dirty room, dirty bathroom, nothings cleaned properly. all the pull out beds are broken so if you plan on using them they won’t work. all in all a terrible time. as stayed for 9 days and i was very disappointed with my stay. awful time. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I think it is a great hotel and affordable considering how close it is to Disneyland parks

Close to the Disney parks. The beds were comfortable The shower wouldn’t drain so you were timed on how long you were showering for so it didn’t overflow and the shower handle wouldn’t stay so the shower had to either be scalding hot or freezing cold.

We arrived at 10:40pm after a long day of travel. I booked 2 queens and a soft bed. The first room didn’t have a sofa bed. Called the front desk and was told to could come and get keys to another room with a sofa bed. We made the move, pulled out the sofa bed. It was covered in bacon /breakfast crumbs from the previous guests. Gross. There were no linens in the room for the sofa bed so I called the front desk again and was told the laundry was being dried still and it would be another 30 minutes before they had bedding and at that point, I’d have to go back downstairs to the front desk and pick it up. By this time, it was 11:30PM. And I’m being told I have to wait at least another 30 minutes before I could have bedding for the sofa bed? Absolutely ridiculous when check in time is 4pm. The beds should have been ready well before this time. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. I then go back downstairs to the front desk and suggest that I take the linens off a bed from the previous room we were assigned to. So that’s what I ended up doing. Carrying bed linens from room to room at 11:30pm. Poor customer service. The maid came the next day, made 1 bed, left the other 2 unmade, emptied 1 trash can, left another with food in it, and left a dirty towel on the floor, clean towel on the bed. It was like they got called in the middle of the service and forgot to finish. I’m not picky, we debated even having room service. Bed was comfy. Won’t stay here again. Overall felt dirty.

The hotel was very nice . Breakfast was very well rounded with options for everyone . The beds were very comfortable and clean. Overall we will definitely be staying here in future. There is no hit tub . Thats it .
