Hyatt House at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

Carlos the supervisor was amazing, friendly, funny & very welcoming. All front desk were polite & professional. Housekeeping attempt to clean rooms too early in the morning so you consistently hear them knocking on doors.

I liked the breakfast. The room was just ok. Spacious but the telephone was not working and the washroom was tidy but there was a stain near the toilet which they overlooked cleaning. The location is pretty close to Disneyland park. Overall the property is still good. I would stay again.

Our room was excellently located with proximity to Disney and Walgreens. The continental breakfast is always warm and delicious. Our room could’ve used a little bit of attention. But the beds were super comfortable and the shower had wonderful pressure so overall a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was perfect before rope drop at Disney parks! They had a great selection. Overall great stay! Would stay here again

Great hotel and clean room

The pool was great they open from 8 am to 10pm .The staff very nice friendly the breakfast super great really delicious . The house keepers love the ladies. I wish the breakfast was serve until 10am . People with kids like myself get up little bet later .

Location Extra pay for parking and the bathroom fan and door didn’t work

How close to Disney The room with a view was not really a view other than a palm tree not worth the upgrade. The first room given was dirty and had to request to be switched to a different room.

Great place

In a year the parking changed from no parking fees to being $40.00 a day and the excuse was the business owners attached to the building. When for the 5 days we stayed there we saw all their employees being able to park in the parking spaces in front more importantly the “HANDICAP” parking. That to me is horrible

The hotel was extremely clean and our kids loved the bunk beds in the family suite. Loved having two tv’s! The beds were extremely comfortable, the only “issue” if you could even call it that, was the water pressure in the shower- some people like a stronger water pressure like my husband. I don’t mind. I know that’s a deal breaker for some people but he survived LOL. The breakfast was great, lots of variety, fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, French toast, tater tots, sausage, toast, fresh butter, breakfast potatoes, donut holes, lots of cereal, really great coffee! Juices and milk. All good. The receptionists were very helpful. We loved our entire stay and we wish we had more time to use their amazing pool area before we left. It looked clean and awesome. We’ll come here on our next Disney trip. Oh and pro tip- blaze pizza is so awesome downstairs.

Walking distance to Disney plenty of restaurants nearby, breakfast included very good all around

Very good

A simple walk to Disney, but far enough to be pretty quiet. Parking rates were higher than quoted, the ice machines were down on several floors, and the wood floors meant we heard every movement of the people in the room above us.
