Everything was great, until there was a pool party at 1:30 a.m. It was loud and woke me up, losing valuable sleep I needed before my 8 hour drive. When I called the front desk, I was told the pool was 24/7. I thought you were a hotel "first". They then told me they would send security to quiet them down, which they did, but it took a bit. I think it is fine to have an all open pool, but it would be considerate to have quiet hours for those trying to sleep.

Room was not great. Deferred maintenance was obvious. Not well cleaned. TV did not work. AC not great. Not a great experience and would not come back. Only good thing was the staff were very nice. Restaurant was not great…all of us felt like we were eating pre prepared meals…veggies on my dish came out of a bag of frozen vegetables.

Nice pool area

Great stay for Disneyland visitors. The walk to and from the park is a decent 15 minutes. Hotel is clean and staff are very nice.

The electrical outlets are no where near the beds and the shades that are in the room allow for a lot of light to emerge into the room and you can see the shadows of people walking by.

-Didn’t felt as clean/sanitized. There were a couple of mosquitoes inside the room, a spider in the bathroom, and a couple of other flying bugs. -AC leaks water inside the room -Some mysterious blood stain on the floor -Old blood stain by the sink mirror (probably from previous visitors flossing) Property: -Mosquitoes in the property -stepped/smeared Dog poop on the ground by the side gates/entrances

Honestly just like every other reviews, very old and outdated hotel. Staff clean restroom and make the bed but won't clean the floor. Bed uncomfortable, bugs in room, not bed bugs but other bugs. Will never come back

The stay itself was wonderful I just wish that whoever cleaned our room before we went in there would have cleaned under the or behind the furniture 'cause we wanted to put our beds together so when I moved the beds there was a lot of dirt under the bed furniture and when I moved the furniture where the fridge is there was a lot of dirt behind it as well

Done stay here. It was a party place not a kids zone.

Need more outlets by bed and better lighting in room

The room was not cleaned well, the toilet was dirty, there was sticky stuff on the seat on both sides where the lid sat, it was pretty gross. Mold on the base and caulking that could easily be cleaned with bleach, and the tub was dirty, and there was a crack in the tub by the overflow cover that was rusting, and the shower faucet kept dripping even though I turned all the way off. My socks were black after walking around the room for 5 minutes. AC only worked intermittently, traffic noise was SO loud from the freeway, if you stay here, definitely ask for a room away from that side of the hotel. Several of their door sensors were broken so it was not easy to get from my car in the parking lot to my room, had to walk around the entire hotel instead to find a gate door where my key card would work. The folks at the front desk and restaurant were nice and helpful so that was nice at least.

10 minute walk to Disneyland park entrance.

The customer service was amazing. It is a great option if you are going to Disneyland. The pool was our favorite part.

I will not be coming back.
