The room was filthy

Quick and easy access to Disneyland/DCA. Property was clean even though they had construction going on.

Didn’t get the room I paid for. Construction everywhere. Not enough parking. Didn’t get the room I paid for. Wanted king room. Got two double beds.

Very convenient location if your going to Disneyland. Lots of things to do in the area as well. Great that the parking is free if you can find a spot! There are not enough parking spots to accommodate the hotel, so if you don’t find one you are forced to use the valet service for $40 a night. There were more valet spots in the parking lot then non valet spots. Plus they are renovating rooms which took up another section of parking for the non valet.

Location to Disneyland was awesome! They had inside construction so some amenities u could not use! Construction and road noise where our rooms were! Ac units in both rooms were so loud u couldn’t sleep! They came and fixed both units they thought one day but that night when we got back to the motel is was still loud on both of them! They acted like it wasn’t as important because we ordered through a third-party which was you booking.com. I said we are paying premium prices for these two rooms. I also asked for our rooms to be made up for the two full days that we would be there and only one day was done. Very disappointed and felt like we didn’t get what we paid for. Which we paid a lot for both of those rooms.

They didn’t have any breakfast and the rooms and bathrooms are way too small.

It’s close to Disneyland It was under construction and no where did it say that when we booked. The pool is tiny.

Pictures do not look like the actual as advertised, rooms are tiny, good for only 2, had 4. We actually left and went to the Courtyard at Marriott next door. No complaints about the front desk staff.

We really loved how close the hotel is to the park. It made thing so convenient.

Room 433… 2 queen beds. Room and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of pillows on both beds. You can hear the bell ring constantly from the water park next door which can be annoying. No breakfast however McDonald’s and Panera right in front of the property. elevators are accessible through the main lobby. Lots of construction taking place so the building may feel a bit cramped. Parking… we valet parked for $30 a night. We stayed 3 nights.

Property is under remodeling but still very nice.

Parking should not cost anything if your paying for the cost of the rooms

Overall, the room was just what we needed. They are currently under renovations though, and there was no mention that when booking. There was also no mention of parking fees, which were $40 a night. Overall, we went with this hotel because that’s all that was available. I would not book again nor use Expedia I forgot, including the additional details.
