Room was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Continental breakfast had many options to choose from.

I have stayed here several times and I always have a wonderful experience. Very convenient when visiting my daughter at school. I was a little disappointed this morning when the coffee machine wasn’t functioning properly because I normally love the coffee they provide as part of their breakfast. Other than that, our day was fantastic!

Excellent option for the Amherst area

We didn't expect much from a college hotel. We were wrong. It exceeded our expectations.
-
Clean room, in breakfast eggs and saugage to be added as it was not available
-
This place is very convenient for us since it is inside the UMass campus where my children study.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s on campus and it made my visit to my granddaughter really nice. The property is very well maintained and my room was well stocked with all my needs! I definitely would stay again.
-
Everything was great I just would not count on any type of special breakfast it’s just fruit and danish type of breakfast. Free coffee on the way out was great!
-
Parking is easy and convenient. Room was pleasant. Bonus-walk-in shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable compared to other area hotels

The room had a horrible odor. They said it was sold out and it was late so there was nothing they can do. They came to spray Frebreeze. It didn’t take the odor away. They would n’t move me also because I had booked through Hotels.com, a 3rd party. The next day they brought a fan but it still didn’t take away the odor. The room was freezing from the fan and I had the hardest time sleeping with the noise, cold, and still the odor. The only solution they had for me was a dining card. I had a terrible sleep for two day and a headache from the smell. So disappointed.

We loved the mystic and history of the property. The contactless check-in was fun and we enjoyed exploring the main house and property. Thank you for a fun and magical stay!

Perfect place to satisfy a quick overnight stay before race morning. Please note the parking information and park in the garage mentioned on their website. GPS will take you to an incorrect spot. I found myself along with others turning around. Did not get a chance to partake in the breakfast having to leave so early but a small refrigerator and coffee maker in room satisfy those wants.
