Beautiful and clean I will stay here every time I am in town

Our room was missing black out curtains\screens. The street light kept beaming in our room through the night. Other than that rest of the things were good

The room smelled odd, mattresses were worn out, mold around the tub on the floor and for the price of the room, there should have been a complementary breakfast. Didn’t replace coffee cups with clean ones the first night. I think the room was cleaner the third night we stayed than it was the day we moved in.

Great parking especially if you have a truck with a trailer. Greeted by an associate from my home town. What a surprise. Had a great evening with restaurants close by. Very quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful, and the room was reasonably clean. The bathroom floor and shower grout needed to be scrubbed. The bathroom and shower were too small, so I might look for something a little bigger next time. The breakfast was great with lots of choices.

The breakfast staff was unhelpful as they didn’t know simple answers to simple questions pertaining to their job!

I love the Hyatt Place Amarillo-West. It has an amazing full breakfast. The rooms are good and noise levels are a minimum. But this stay had one problem. The previous customer had set the alarm for 6:00am. So, we were awakened at 6:00am to our surprise. If you stay in a hotel with an alarm clock. Make sure you check to confirm that alarm is turned off.

Great hotel to stay at

Clean Our mini fridge did didn’t work and the bathtub drain was broken. Staff said they were going to come and see what they could do never came up to our room food that we had purchased to go in. The mini fridge went bad.

Very clean and a professional staff

Rooms look rundown with a much need for maintenance. Laundry room was out of order, cannot use it. The bathroom in my room had a lose tile that can be considered a safety hazard as it gets slippery it can hurt someone’s foot. The shower was leaking to the lose tile which I believe is the problem itself. The room was dirty as tables had stains from previous clients. I was not able to connect to the chrome cast device, even after following instructions from the tv. I joined the rewards program and didn’t work at all. I will not comeback to this facility and I would not recommend someone with children or pets to stay in this place
