Hampton Inn & Suites Amarillo West

This property saved my life. Had been on the road for two days with pets. My Amarillo VRBO reservation was a big fat FAIL. Hotels.com hooked me up with Hampton Inn and Suites. I will stay here again if I pass through Amarillo.

Great facilities, clean and excellent shower pressure. Very close to several good restaurants. Complimentary breakfast buffet was very good, better than most. The room was excessively cold when we first arrived, 66 degrees and heat mode was unavailable on the unit.

The hotel staff was great, the room was excellent & clean, breakfast was very good, good selection of breakfast food. Everything was great. Great place to stay.

Typical pre-made. Mediocre Room is cramped. Chair uncomfortable. Barn door was broken; got stuck. Bathroom shower is just awful.

I travel in this area!

Clean and spacious room. Mattress was to hard and we like bar soap not the body wash.

Everything was excellent. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating, room was immaculate.

The room was comfortable and breakfast was great! The only downside was something uncontrollable by the hotel itself and that was the loud and dirty construction going on behind the hotel. We were awoken by the sound of bulldozers backing up.

Clean and friendly staff.

the bathroom door kept sliding open.

No dislikes

More than anything I absolutely loved the staff at the front desk. They should be an example of what customer service should look like in every company. I want to book again just to see them again! The breakfast was great, pool was great everything was clean. This has been one of the best stays ive had in a long time! I didnt like that I had to go home. Wish I could of stayed a little longer.

Very friendly staff. The check-in was smooth, breakfast was really good. The hotel is dog friendly but not loud. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, the main thing for me was the sheets did not reek of strongly scented laundry detergent . Very good breakfast, super friendly staff Nothing

Service was very good. Brian was very helpful and has outstanding customer service aswell as the rest of the staff. The room was very clean so was the entire place . I would definitely stay here again

This was the nicest Hampton Inn that we stayed at during a week long road trip. The hotel felt very new and clean, the room was very well laid out and comfortable and it was quiet for being near the interstate. Best gym we came across during all of our travels! Would love if they offered non-dairy milk for coffee but no complaints otherwise. Great hotel overall!

2 chairs would help. One could be a folder in closet Only one chair

Confusing pricing when traveling with service animal.

Nice new and quiet, great breakfast

Helpful staff, very clean,Woody was awesome.
