We rented the room because a relative was having open heart surgery at Advent Health hospital. When we checked in the only female staff looked annoyed and cold as ice, like we shouldn't be there. She also made a charge for damages deposit and another charge deposit for something I can't remember. The room looked clean until we started moving the sheets and pillows, really disgusting stained pillow covers, the sheets had cigarette burns like someone was trying to make a happy face. The other sheets were already used and stained as if they'd had relations in them really gross. The ironing board was all stained and had seen far better days, the iron didn't work at all, it didn't even warm up. Thank God I always travel with a portable steamer. The bathroom door was so narrow that I had to walk in sideways, I'm not a small man, Dead bugs in the bathroom shower and over the entrance door. The floor was sticky like they rushed to mop it and left it as is... The outside was full of sketchy people hanging out like they actually lived there and making transactions,"if you know what I mean" Because of this we were forced to sleep in the hospital and go to the hotel to get our clean clothes and freshen up, yes we had to purchase our own towels. I checked out a day early and they still charged me for the entire 6 days. Again avoid this place, never stay there!!

The staff is so rude especially the front desk, that was Saturday noontime when we called, 9/6/26. Literally hanged up on me, she was upset I was asking her to speak slow because I couldn’t understand her with her strong accent. “Okay bye! Then she hanged up”

I really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I really liked the overall atmosphere and convenient location. There wasn’t much I disliked about the property. The only thing I would suggest is improving the cleanliness in a few areas and making sure everything is fully maintained. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay.

Typical budget motel. Room was clean, but had a smoke or mildew odor even though it was a non-smoking room.

Only one staff member was pleasant and helpful her name is Susanna. All the others had nasty and rude attitudes. Between the sink being clogged and the roaches, this was a horrible experience. The other guest who lived there were extremely loud every night and the apparent parties, where the beer cans were left for days in the common walkways and parking lot. Very noisy because of the traffic. I would not recommend.

Towels were thin. The air-conditioning didnt reach the loft area.

Room was really clean and bedsheet smelled really good. A/C worked perfectly. breakfast ended to early, at 9:00am. was not able to eat.

Front desk manager was really rude and disrespectful came into our room when you forgot to extend our next day and we overslept I still would go wide open with me and wife not wearing decent clothes and took my deposit and made us pay a new one

I am writing this review to help other travelers know what to expect before booking this hotel. I was very disappointed by an unexpected additional charge of $42 that was not clearly disclosed when I made my online reservation. I believed the price shown at booking was the total amount I would pay. At the hotel, I was told this extra charge was for service/cleaning. The next day, staff showed me a printed notice stating that a service charge applies to reservations and is not included in the online reservation total. I have attached a photo of that notice. What makes this worse is that during my entire stay, my room was cleaned only once. I paid the $42 because I had already arrived and felt I had no other practical option. The breakfast was also disappointing and did not match my expectations from the hotel's advertising. During my stay, the options were basically bread, cereal, coffee, and apple juice. I believe mandatory fees should be clearly disclosed before booking, not after arrival. Based on my experience, I found the hotel's pricing and advertising misleading. I recommend that travelers confirm all additional fees and included services before booking.

This is a great place to stay for a great rate. I didn't have any issues and would come back and recommend to anyone needing to get away.

The clerk wasn't in the office for 10 minutes when customers and myself arrived. The place looks like a minor quake hit it. The TV and phone in my first room didn't work. I asked to be switched to a room downstairs and was ignored. The blow-dryer in my second room was never replaced as I was promised. The breakfast bar had barely anything in it. The place SUCKED! That is my answer. The place really deserves a 1 star rating. This is the last time I am rating this place. I already send in a rating email for it!!
