Basically the location Outdated, bathroom wash cloth/towels dirty/stain. Noise with kids running down the hall
-
We found some roaches in our towels other than that the experience was nice.

The hotel shows deferred maintenance. Charges you for parking which is ridiculous.

Great hotel. I visit this hotel often as I travel to Florida several times a month. It’s safe, clean, great location and close to so much,

We love staying at this hotel. I travel to Florida several times a month and this is always my first choice. It’s clean, next to a mall and many establishments, 30 min drive to beach or amusement parks…good location for sure. I also love the free breakfast, the pool, the hot tub, happy hour…overall great experiences visiting

Very clean and friendly staff No problems at all

Trash can overflowing as you walk into the front doors. Once we got to our room we noticed the floorboards were rotting out and the shower grout was separated and missing in spots. Lights didn’t work in the room and we were given a sofa bed that had no sheet set or pillows. When asking for pillows, we were told they were all out. The hotel needs a complete overall and new staff/management. Would avoid until serious changes are made.

Unbelievably beautiful. Immaculate. Super nice staff who let us enjoy free reception just as it was ending. Breakfast was delicious. We didn’t see a hot tub but the pool was gorgeous. Wish we could have done a night swim but totally understand why it closed at sundown for safety reasons based on its being nearly on the roof. So cool that it was open but in the shade so you didn’t have to worry about the sun beating down on you. And my goodness the view!!! 10/10 all around!

The breakfast was wonderful. I loved the choices and the made to order omelet. The restaurant food was not the greatest.

The first room they gave me and my children just reeked of mold and mildew found black mold on the ceiling. My son left something in the room. The manager walked us over. I asked her to step in the room so she could smell the mold. She said no I’m good. I smell it from here. You’re gonna tell me that none of the maintenance staff are cleaning. Staff has noticed this and reported this especially when other people have complained about the mold in the rooms. The indoor pool area was absolutely filthy, rotting wood, falling off columns, the air vent was absolutely filthy. The speakers on the wall look like they’ve been through a war. It is disgustingly, hot and humid in there as they don’t AC the indoor pool. They sealed off the sliding balcony doors in the rooms with just a piece of steel. It looks so ghetto. They give you four child size pillows on a king size bed you can’t even get a queen size pillow. When did the brand hostel stop caring about their fit and finish? There is a reason why I go to Brand hotels instead of Motel 6 or budget inn. Steel panel in the ceiling of the bathroom was rusted to hell painted over. I literally felt like I was in a Third World country hotel. The steel baseboards in the room rusted. This not what I want I expect when I spend $150-$350 a night. And when did it become the normal to pay for parking when you’re not staying at a resort? And don’t even have an outdoor pool.

Outstanding Customer Service

The morning breakfast is really delicious. The gentleman who makes the omelettes is so cheerful and prepares your eggs to your exact liking. The room was clean and spacious except for the bathroom. It was difficult for two people to be in the bathroom at the same time. The king bed and pillows were very comfy so we will definitely be back.
