It was close to my doctors office just 3 minutes away perfect being that I was having surgery the next morning I have no complaints

The location was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was a little disappointing. No meat and the prepared food wasn't hot.

The breakfast was out of things both days, no refills. We went 50 mins before they shut down. They had no protein and no plates. It’s was very disappointing. Also the doors outside weren’t working.

There is no designated workspace available other than the lobby. It is impossible to print using the system the hotel contracted for their guests. Some of the secondary entrances to the hotel do not function properly.

The staff was very friendly when I checked in. Everything was explained. The bed was comfortable and the room layout was good. The ac was cold which was good. The hall was well lit. The room was clean. Overall great experience. Not so much as didn't like but could have been better....the shower was just a little narrow. That's it. Everything else was great. And the shower was good. Good water pressure and water was good and hot.

Well maintained property that appears fairly new. Bedding was excellent; AC worked great, all toiletries provided, staff nice and helpful. The only less than perfect thing was the pool was cloudy and we opted not to swim.

I want to commend the lady that worked 7.29.26 on the late 2am shift, we ran out of toliet tissue and she was nice enough to bring some up to our room, thank you! As for housekeeping, i asked for my room to be cleaned and they told me i missed the 8am deadline, which I had no idea of so I could not get a cleaning, plus the housekeeper on my floor was not nice at all, she did not even try to say let me help you with front desk to get on schedule, for that reason I will not be staying at this hotel again, as I've never been told that we're not cleaning your room due to the fact you've passed the 8am deadline and if that's the case, that should be illustrated during check-in. Pool is also not dirty but not the best kept either. Rooms have an older musty smell and the tub can tell have built up dirt around them to be a newer facility.
