The location is great as well as the staff. The elevator needs some speed and the beds could use new mattress and could be higher from the floor. Also would feel safer if there were active/ live cameras on the guest floors

The pillows were terrible. The room was on the 2nd floor right above the pool and the room temp was like 76 degrees super hot. Bathroom light was out. Kids kept coming by our room trying to open the door. Tried to say something to the front desk but no employees were working.

My room smelled like vomit slightly in between the bathroom and the little area with the coffee maker. Almost like someone threw up there and it wasn't completely cleaned up.

Our family's go to whenever we are visiting the area. The bartender his name was Shawn he was very short with his answers when asked a question however, it only seemed he was that way with a "certain " demographic. Not rude however just acted as though he was flustered when we asked a simple question about a drink at the bar.
