From check in to check out everything was incredible. Will be back

Very underwhelmed. Rooms were tiny and uncomfortable. Bed had a sheet and 2 pillows..no blanket. Room was so loud it felt like people were walking into room all night long. Tv didn’t work entire time.

The hotel was charming. The room is small but the shower was wonderful. I love korres products so the shampoo was a nice surprise for me. The flatbread pizza on the bar was fabulous. Valet. Wait over 90 minutes for the valet. The security guard Tim was helpful in getting our car parked. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

Fun and welcoming staff combined with comfortable lounge spaces made this a great hotel stay. Thank you!

The entire property was swanky! Check in was slow but only because the customer service rep was thorough and welcoming to each party. Our beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. I would have loved a drawer or 2, coffee, a door that didn't insist on closing slowly and a bathroom door that closed all the way but I would still stay there again.

Title: Disappointing Valet Service I recently stayed at Moxy Allentown and was very disappointed with the service provided by the valet team. The valet staff was rude and completely unacknowledging when I arrived in my Alfa Romeo. Service standards should match the quality of the hotel, and unfortunately, this interaction set a very poor tone for the stay.

At check-in, I was told the room I reserved through Expedia was unavailable. The staff member was monotone, made little eye contact, and offered no real explanation or solution until I finally asked, “What’s the next step?” We were given a room with two beds instead. Since my partner and I had an 8 PM engagement, we accepted it rather than continue going back and forth. Later that evening, our room keys stopped working and had to be reactivated. Another group was having the same issue. Once again, the front-desk interaction lacked warmth or hospitality. For such a modern hotel, I was also surprised there were no USB charging ports in the room. The property itself is fantastic and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the front-desk service really affected our overall experience. A friendly greeting, eye contact, an apology, and better communication would have made a huge difference. I visit Allentown frequently and would consider giving Moxy another chance, but this stay fell short of expectations.

Easy to book. Great staff. Centrally located

Clean rooms, friendly staff at check-in. Rooms were very small. There was no standard furniture. There was a fold down table/desk. You hung your close on hangers which were cleverly hung from the wall. Also cleverly hung from the was was one stool/luggage stand and one stool with a back. You pull these from the wall to allow for seating. But, the rooms were so small there is little space for stools. There are no other chairs. Also, you get nickel and dimed for everything. Breakfast consists of fruit, microwave sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, etc. These items are packaged and stored in a refrigerator. My mom had the yogurt/fruit/granola parfait. It was 5 days old and did not taste fresh. And, you pay for all of it item by item! Valet parking is also a charge. $25 per night plus a fee of $1.50 to pay for it via your phone. Suggested tip for retrieving your car is $8.00 plus a fee for charging it via your phone. If you are lucky enough to get a street side room, you'll be treated to loud motor cycles a and loud music (well, at least the drums and bass lines) until after 1:00 am. So, no free parking, no free breakfast, small room, and lots of noise. Cute place, but I wouldn't stay there again.
