Guest service was fabulous, hotel room was clean and we'd definitely come back with our dog @

Overall quiet stay, during my visit the elevators was out of service but I enjoyed the flexibility of being near the freeway for my commute.

Room had dirt and other things all over the floor. Hotel has no ice and no blow dryer in the room. That would of been nice to know before I showered. Not sure how it's an extended stay with no items for the kitchen area like serving pieces and such. I won't stay there again.

Place was under construction but otherwise neat and tidy. Rooms are good size for the money. No breakfast but it’s not really a problem for myself. Overall good value
-
Always clean room and friendly staff.

Room was clean. Laundry is convenient and priced affordable. Staff was great.
-
Elevator not working and was not disclosed when checking in. No coffee maker in room or in lobby. Room was comfortable and very clean.

We were there three nights. Cleaning was supposed to be every second night but that didn’t happen. We asked for towels every morning. The last morning, they asked if we could bring down the towels we had??? Why? Were they not going to clean the unit that day? We were on the third floor. The baseboards were all off the walls in the hallways the entire time. Minor complaint but nonetheless this review is asking about the cleanliness of hotel Amenities you find at other hotels such as an iron and coffee maker, were not there. We had the option to rent those. We did not even get a Kleenex box for use. We had a Kitchenette room. It did not have any pots or pans, utensils or plates. Those were also rent to use or purchase. Good sleep I guess as beds were good. Unit was clean but bare. Recommend booking as long as you are aware of the minimalistic hotel it is.

Elevator was down. Staff was helpful and communicative though.
-
Very clean room Staff was friendly No ice machine Vending machine was half empty Walls are super thin - barking dogs at all hours Mattress was very uncomfortable and bed frame was basic
-
There was a untethered dog in the hall outside my room that bit me while I was walking by. This led to a hospital visit and having to take the Rabies vaccines and antibiotics for 2 weeks.
-
For the price it was a very clean and very economical and comfortable place to stay the night. But the only thing I could recommend is at least have a cup of coffee available in the lobby or possibly inside the room even if they're going to charge me there was absolutely no coffee which was unbelievable to me let me

Did not have breakfast, one could make meals in the room. The building was brand new it was unfortunate what happened to them. They have to fix it first before booking people. The property has serious water damage, all the fittings were ripped out and dangerous making it unsafe. We had to move out fast though we wanted to stay for 3 nights.I wish I get my money back because it was rip off. They know fully well they had such problems and they still kept on booking people, that was wrong.
