Comfort Suites Alexandria North

Good

The value Great

I had the privilege of getting checked in by Michelle. She was friendly, courteous, informative, and genuinely made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I haven’t experience this type of customer service in year. I will definitely book her again and refer others.

Location Did not look like pictures when I viewed them online.Old, dingy, towels and sheets. Had to go to local stores to buy sheets and towels.Needs renovation. No phone, shower curtain, no towel rack, no trash cans, stained furniture, curtains, carpet. The staff were all nice. The only reason we stayed was because there were no last minute vacancies anywhere else near the event.

Terrible. We did not get the room we booked and didn’t stay there. Staff couldn’t help because we went through Expedia and said they had nothing to do with it. I will be requesting a refund.

Superb

Table chairs worn elevators broken

Nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Mold in the bathroom, filthy carpet. Dirty dishes in the room safe.

We were put on the 3rd floor and the elevator doesn’t work. I need a knee replacement and was basically told- sorry about your luck. We wound up checking out early because the rooms are musty and wet. I realize Louisiana has high humidity but you could do something with a dehumidifier so the blankets and sheets don’t feel wet. The shower still had other peoples hair on the wall. I really was not a fan of this place. We stayed long enough to do the one thing we was in town for and then we left early because in my opinion the property was not up to our standards.

Elevator not working

Na

Very good

Everything was worth it. Amazing stuff and the best service I’ve ever had.

Horrible experience elevator doesn’t work u have to use the stairs. The key card they give you listen to me in 24 hours I went back and forth up and down those stairs to the front desk constantly bc my key would not work in my door . I had to do that at least 15-20 times literally. Drama and cops getting called . The blonde hair manager is VERY VERY RUDE!! Something needs to be done about this place before something really bad happens this is Alexandria you are not safe!

Well not the Best option. The WIFI didnt work. Also the rooms had Roaches, not one to usually leave a bad review but this was pretty bad.

The hotel was everything you would expect from a $100 hotel. Nothing extra. We got what we paid for and were happy.

Staff was very unfair and judgemental! They really embarrassed me! Called police on me n made me leave for dosing off on medically prescribed medication!

Front desk was very polite and they're always accommodating

The pool was nasty and green and unable to be used… the property had no WiFi… the doors coming into facility was broke so it was not secured… it was very noisy all throughout the night.. the staff was the best thing about the facility and it was clean..but the stay was horrible.

Questionable neighborhood, Marijuana smell, shower enclosure in very poor condition, elevator closed, TV didn't work, breakfast stale and limited
