The elevator went out but it was fixed immediately. Great a/c in our room. Comfortable and quiet room.

The only issue I had was the room door. Upon entry, I noticed that it was mot closing properly which was a potential security issue. After further inspection, I noticed that the door latch strikeplate was missing. I immediately.notified the receptionist and he took a note of it. The issue was resolved the next morning. However, my thought was...How did you not see this issue? Lastly, theboffer a pretty basic breakfast. This consists of waffles, instant oatmeal pr microwavable breakfast sandwiches. This was just fine with me.

Rooms are moldy when U walk in the mold hits U in the stomach. I tried 3 rooms before I Stayed with 116. But then the next morning I woke up to My door handle on the floor outside the door. That made Me feel unsafe. did someone try to enter the room while I was sleeping? I was supposed to check out today but I checked out yesterday and ask for a refund. I would not book with them.

Nothing front desk was rude to me, I'm old and disabled, I'm telling everyone I knownot to stay here with rudeness and bugs Front desk, rude to an elderly person and charged me for a room I canceled.

Nothing The staff entered my room multiple times for no reason… house keeping kept trying to open the door before check out we felt very rushed. The front desk staff barged in my room yelling police police while I was undressed very poor experience.

I was only in town for the weekend and it was affordable. The only suggestion would be that they update the bathroom and provide a thicker comforter. Flo at the front desk was very helpful and very kind.

The staff was amazing! All of them.. I could t believe how friendly they were.. The breakfast could have been better and it could have been more updated.. nicer pool.. but because of the staff I wouldn’t have changed it..

Old needs updating. Just a place to lay your head one night. Pool furniture cut my leg it's raggedy. Smells mildewy

The friendliness and knowledge of the staff was wonderful. The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the sauna was very nice. All was well.
