My first time in Abilene and I booked this hotel because of the good reviews. It was exactly that super clean, friendly staff I didn't experience or encounter any issues or problems if I ever travel back to Abilene I will stay here again. It's right by Mall and many restaurants they as well have a restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel was easy to find, check-in was quick, and the front desk staff was friendly. It was exactly what we needed after a long day on the road—a hot shower, a comfortable bed, and a few hours of rest before continuing our trip. We also appreciated the staff offering complimentary breakfast after discovering our refrigerator wasn't working properly. The refrigerator in our room had frozen up and was leaking water when we arrived. While it was an inconvenience, the staff acknowledged the issue and offered to make it right with a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated, even though we weren't able to take advantage of it due to our early departure.

As always, Tessie has the best breakfast food service I have ever seen in a hotel. She is the best customer service person I have ever encountered and she and Tabatha, always over many stays, have gone beyond the norm to make EVERYONE feel at home and well taken care of... They interact with all the guest in a very meaningful way. They could actually train others, I sure, to be successful in the same way.
